The first tenant at 5 Old Gravir was Duncan Macmillan (1793-1861) son of Norman, 12 Old Eishken. The family removed to Lemreway.
The croft may have been taken over by Angus Macleod (1785-1874) and in the 1852 Lotting Angus obtained 16 Gravir.

John Nicolson (1811-1888) Iain Dhòmhnaill Thormoid from 10 Old Eishken married to Isabella obtained 32 Gravir in the 1852 Lotting.
Donald Nicolson (1776-1853) son of Norman, Eishken obtained 5 Gravir in the 1852 Lotting.
Kenneth Nicolson (1817-1875) son of Norman Eishken obtained 7 Gravir in the 1852 Lotting.
Malcolm Smith (1819-1895) Calum Dhòmhnaill Chaluim from Laxay obtained 6 Gravir in the 1852 Lotting.
