2391: Isabella Macleod
Iseabail Aonghais
Isabella (1815-1900) was a daughter of Angus Macleod and Christina Macleod, 5 Old Gravir. The family later moved to 16 Gravir.
In Lochs, in 1835, she married John Nicolson, 5 Old Gravir. Isabella and John were Cottars at 5 Old Gravir where they had seven of their eleven children. In the 1852 Lotting the family obtained 32 Gravir.
In 1872 the family moved to 22 Newmarket.
When her daughter, Isabella died, her granddaughter Isabella Maclean came to live with the family.
Isabella was widowed in 1888.
