95401: George Macdonald
George (1821-1897) was the son of Murdo Macdonald and Catherine Stewart of 11 Old Coll.
In 1851, during the croft relottings, the family obtained 29 Coll.
George married Ann Macleod, of 17 Tong, and the couple settled at 4 Coll. They had six children.
In due course 4 Coll passed to their eldest son: George.
