93040: Isabella Morrison

Isabella (1795-c1830) was the daughter of George Morrison and Isabella Macmillan; it is not certain where the family were living at the time of her birth, but at some point she settled at Gress Tack.

Isabella married Alexander Macrae, of Gress Tack, and the couple had six children: two girls and four boys. It is not certain where the family lived.

At the time of Isabella’s death none of her children were in their teens, and several were under five years old.

In 1832 her widower obtained 22 Old North Tolsta and, by 1833, he remarried and had the first of five children with his second wife. By 1833 her parents had obtained 29 Old Back.
