28051: Alexander Macleod

Alexander Macleod (born 1861) was the son of Donald Macleod and Mairi Macdonald. He was married to Catherine Morrison from Tolsta Chaolais and they had eight children. Two died in infancy (Mary b. 26 April 1897 d. 29 May 1897, and Catherine born 1899 died at 9 weeks). The six surviving children are listed below; Willie died young.

The family lived at 2 Enaclete and Alex was the third croft tenant.
