75758: Duncan MacLeod
Duncan was born in 1912, the third son of that name born to Donald John MacLeod and Betsy MacAskill of 16 Ruisgarry (Brusda). His mother died when Duncan was only 3 years old and his father later remarried. Duncan attended Berneray School from 1918 to 1926. He became a farm labourer, dying of tuberculosis at the age of just 19 years.
