Ann MacKillop, born in 1870, was the first daughter of that name born to Neil MacKillop and Marion MacLeod of Quay, later 11 Borve. As well as working on her father's croft, she worked as a domestic servant. Her daughter Kate Ann was born in 1906.
Ann married widower Donald John MacLeod of croft 16 Ruisgarry (Brusda).
