Angus (1852-1936) was the eldest son of John Morrison and Mary Mackay, 9 Calbost. In 1870 the family obtained the tenancy of 9a Calbost.
At Stornoway, in 1875, he married Isabella Macdonald, 3 Ranish. Angus and Isabella settled at 9a Calbost and they had nine children. He was the senior joint tenant at 9 Calbost.
Angus's home was the village ceilidh house and his brother, Neil, married Isabella's sister Murdina.
