781: 2 Earshader

The croft at No 2 Earshader is bordered on the north side by Caolas Earshader, to the west by West Earshader and to the east by croft No 3 Earshader.

The tenants at 2 and 4 Earshader were brothers; Murdo Smith lived at No 2 and John at No 4. They decided to swap crofts but, for some reason, they took their addresses with them.
