18a Grabhair

The first tenant of 18 Gravir was Marion Kennedy (1794-1867)  widow of  Neil Carmichael (1790-1835).

The tenancy was then assigned  18a, Alexander Campbell (1818-1873) and 18b, his brother Roderick (1829-1873) from 40 Gravir.

Alexander passed the croft to his son, John (1859-1932) and he passed 18a to his son, Donald (1899-1974).

After Donald's death the croft passed on to his nephew Malcolm (1924-1988) Calum Mor, 11 Glenside, and then on to his widow Margaret.
