WEDDING IN MONTANA – A very pretty wedding was that of Mr. Kenneth MacLean, formerly of 5 Aird Uig, to Miss Annie MacLennan, daughter of Mr. Angus MacLennan, Kirkibost, which took place at the residence of Mr Finlay MacArthur (formerly of Carloway), at Chinook, Montana, U.S.A., on 10th July. The groom served in the Royal Navy as a carpenter before emigrating to the New World, and when the States "came into it" he at once joined the American Army.
