Mary Finlayson was born at 6-7 Brue in 1824 .Her parents were Kenneth Finlayson and Ann Macleod. Mary married Angus Macleod of 47/48 South Bragar in 1849 and they had a family of nine children, five sons and four daughters at 5 South Bragar. Mary died in 1892 at 5 South Bragar and is buried in Bragar.
