93292: Norman Campbell
Norman Campbell (1830-1885) lived at 8 Vatisker, but it is not certain he was born there.
He married Annie Macdonald, of 51 North Tolsta, as his second wife and the couple settled.at 8 Vatisker. He had 5 children with his first wife. He gained at least one step child, Kenneth, from the marriage. Annie’s youngest son died in 1874, it is not certain if this was prior to the marriage.
Norman and Annie’s son Alexander was lost in the Iolaire disaster of 1919, as well as a son, Donald (Am Pad) ,from his first marriage; neither body was recovered.
