93179: Catherine Macdonald

Catherine (born 1909) was the daughter of William Macdonald and Margaret Nicolson of 48 North Tolsta.

Catherine married William George Watt, of Macduff, and the couple settled in Macduff. They had 2 daughters and a son but the son William (Billy) was killed in a car accident, aged 21, in the late 1950s and her husband died less than a year later.

Some 20 years later, she returned to #48 to live with her brothers, but later went back to live with her daughter.
