93111: Duncan Mackay
Duncan (1836-1894) was the son of Alexander Mackay and Isabella Martin of 33 Old Back.
He married Catherine Morrison, of 46 North Tolsta, but it is not clear where they initially settled.
In 1851 his parents obtained 23 Back, as a newly lotted croft, and the couple settled at 23 Back and had seven children: four boys and three girls. In due course 23 Back passed to their youngest son: Alexander.
