91874: Murdo Maciver
Murdo (1895-1963) was the son of Murdo Maciver and Mary Maciver of 19c North Tolsta.
In 1895 Murdo’s father died; sometime later his mother married a second time, his step-father was Donald Campbell. This marriage provided Murdo with two half brothers. Murdo’s step father died in 1919.
Murdo married Jessie Campbell, of 51 North Tolsta, and the couple settled at 16 New Tolsta. They had eight children: six boys and two girls.
In due course 16 New Tolsta passed to their second son.
