66226: Ann Macrae
Ann was born 1813 at Bracadale in Skye, daughter of Alexander Macrae and Margaret Johnson. The family came to live at Luskentyre, Harris, prior to Alexander acquiring Scaliscro Farm. They later moved across the loch to Gisla.
Ann married Angus Maclean from Melbost and they had seven children. Their son William was “Big Bear” Maclean.
