Kenneth, son of Neil Macleod and Christina Maclennan, 15 Arivruach was a fisherman in his early years and regularly visited the ports on the east coast of Scotland. After his marriage to Ann Macleod from Garrabost, Point he became a Harris Tweed weaver and was also a Church of Scotland elder for 31 years.. The family moved to Mossend, Stornoway in 1940.
