52468: John Macleod
John Macleod (1802-1881) was a son of Norman Macleod and Christina Macritchie, 4 Old Orinsay.
In Lochs, in 1833, he married Catherine Macdonald, 7 Garyvard. John and Catherine settled at 4 Old Orinsay where they had five of their eleven children.
Orinsay was cleared in 1843 and the family were removed to 48 Leurbost.
