Ethel Lillian (1906-1985) was a daughter of Edgar Taylor and Stella Jenison, Winnipeg Manitoba. The family moved to Edmonton where her father was a Pentecostal Minister.

In Edmonton, in 1934, she married Hugh Fraser originally from 14 Gravir. Hugh became a Pentecostal Minister and the couple lived in Mission City, British Columbia.
