Kenneth Alexander (1919-1972) was a son of Murdo Macleod and Mary Macleod, 4 Garyvard. His parents had just returned from Canada.
In 1921 the family were living at 4 Garyvard and in 1923 his father returned to Canada. On May 17, 1924 the family sailed on the SS Canada from Stornoway to Quebec. In 1926 they were all living at Calgary, Alberta.
