Donald (1831-1892) was a son of John Macaulay and Christina Nicolson, 1 Old Lemreway.
The family were removed to 9 Crossbost in 1843.
In Lochs, in 1864, he married Catherine Macdonald from 45 Leurbost. Donald and Catherine settled at 45 Leurbost where Donald became a cottar on the croft.
