George (1827-1898) was a son of Finlay Maclean and Mary Macdonald, 22 Old Leurbost and latterly 33 Leurbost. George married Isabella Macdonald from 36 Leurbost. George became a cottar on the croft at 33 Leurbost. The couple settled there and had 11 children.
