46819: Goathill Farm, Stornoway

In April 2014 Hebridean Housing Partnership bought some of the land of Goathill Farm, from Sand Street to the farm buildings, for the purpose of building a housing scheme. It is thought the site is large enough to hold in excess of 50 homes.

On the 2nd of January 2018 a site for a new care home at Goathill Farm was planned. A “core and cluster” campus of 50 houses and 62 general needs units will be located off Perceval Road between Goathill farm house and Sand Street.
