HMS Itonus was a Four Masted Cargo Steamship and Sailing Vessel built by Vickers & Sons Maxim Ltd, Barrow in Furness in 1898 for the British Steam Navigation Co, London, She served in the First World War as a Troopship.

On December 20, 1916 the HMAS Itonus was torpedoed and sunk in the Mediterranean with the loss of six lives.
