120972: SS Etolia (131834)

The SS Etolia was a Cargo Steamship built by the Tyne Iron Shipbuilding Co Ltd, North & South Shields in 1911 for B J Sutherland & Co Ltd, Newcastle upon Tyne. In 1919 she was renamed SS Dunrobin and in 1920 she was sold and renamed SS Nethermead. Changed to Eriene-Ariadne in  1921 and to SS Latchmere in 1924. A year later she was sold and renamed SS Puszta.

On passage from Norfolk and Providence, Key West the SS Puszta ran aground in fog with no loss of life,
