SS Algeriana was a Cargo Steamship built by the Northumberland Shipping Co Ltd in 1910 for Furness Withy & Co Ltd. She was sold and renamed SS Nagos, SS Chios, SS Thetis A and SS Indian Transport.
On July 14, 1940 , on passage from Losario to Limerick, the SS Thetis A was torpedoed and sunk with the loss of nine lives.
