Christy (1835-1899) was a daughter of Norman Munro and Isabella Macleod, 6 Old Lemreway.
The family moved to Valtos Farm c1837 and in 1844 to the shore at Keose Glebe, which later became Gleann Tharmoid (named after Christy's father, Norman).
The family moved again to Caverstay Common around 1859 and later to 15 Grimshader.
In Lochs, in 1864, Christy married John Macdonald, 9 Kershader. The couple settled at 9 Kershader and they had seven children.
