94898: Angus Macinnes

Angus (born 1843) was the son of Norman Macinnes and Catherine Morrison; it is not clear where he was born as the year of his birth family were evicted during the Lemreway clearances and settled at 5 Glen Tolsta.

In 1853 the family lost their croft, but remained in Glen Tolsta as cottars.

In 1858 they obtained 5a Glen Tolsta.

In 1869 his parents lost the croft and became cottars in Tolsta. In 1874 his parents obtained 76 North Tolsta, but it is not clear if he was still living in the parental home at that time of these moves.

He married in Sutherland.
