Donald MacLeod
Donald was born in 1863, the son of James MacLeod and Salvia MacLean of Ardhasaig. The family moved to Quay on the island of Berneray when Donald was still a baby. During the 1870s they moved again, to Newton Farm, North Uist. He remained unmarried.
