76235: Mary Munro

Mary was born in 1872, the daughter of Alexander Munro and Christina MacAskill of 20 Ruisgarry (Ben Leva), and later Quay. She became a domestic servant. Her daughter Mary was born in 1908.

In 1911 she married widower Roderick MacKay, a shepherd from Lochportain, North Uist, with whom she was to have three children. The family lived at Orasay, then at 8 Clachan Sands.
