74000: Mary Paterson
Mary Paterson was born in about 1854, the eldest child of Norman Paterson and Margaret MacLeod of Rubha Mor, and later cottars on 8 Ruisgarry (Baile). For the 1861 census the family was registered at 2 Urgha, visiting Mary’s maternal grandmother.
In 1889, Mary married Kenneth MacKenzie at Lochcarron, where they settled and had a family of four children – Mary, Norman, Hugh and Margaret.
