Roderick MacLeod

Roderick MacLeod was one of twins born in 1876 to Donald MacLeod and Catherine MacKillop, cottars on 1/2 Ruisgarry (Sandhill). He became a farm labourer, marrying Flora MacLeod in 1906. They emigrated to Cape Breton following the birth of their daughter Catherine in 1908. Their son Alfred was born in Loch Lomond, Cape Breton around 1927.

Roderick died at Loch Lomond in April 1931.
