65981: Christina Macdonald

Christina was married to Donald Matheson and lived in Crowlista where they raised nine children. After her husband’s death in 1831 she emigrated with her family to Cape Breton.

She may have been the author of the song "An Saighdear Chaluim Bhain", written about her (future) husband while he was serving in the army in Ireland.
