Mary Macleod (1822-1905) was a daughter of William Macleod and Catherine Macleod, Harris. The family moved to 4 Old Eishken.
In 1831 the family moved to Buanish, later to 1 Caverstay and then to 22 Marvig.
Mary had two children, William and Mary.
In Lochs, in 1853, she married Murdo Macqueen from Quay, Berneray and they settled in Stornoway.
Mary was widowed in 1883.
