61248: John Macleod
John, born 1882, was a son of Donald and Annie nee Macdonald who relocated from 2 Crulivig to 5 Lundale sometime in the early 1900s. He was a tailor and living at 171 West Graham Street in Glasgow at the time of his marriage to Christina Macdonald (b. 19 Nov 1882, Melbost, daughter of Neil Macdonald and Margaret Macleod who lived latterly at 17 Melbost).
He and his wife sailed for Canada immediately after the wedding and lived for two years in Toronto. They moved to Sault Ste Marie in 1915. They had two sons, Roderick and John.
