Jane (1829-1907) was a daughter of John Macleod and Isabella Maclean. She was born in Sandwick and the family later moved to 8 Grimshader.
In Lochs, in 1852, she married Donald Macleod, 35 Gravir. Jane and Donald settled at 35 Gravir where they had three of their eight children.
The family moved to the new croft at 13 Gravir in 1859.
Jane was widowed in 1887.
