Jessie Macfarlane from 8 New Road, Cross. In 1947, she married Rev William Mackenzie, 3 Arivruach. They lived at Barvas from 1947 to 1950 where William was a missionary. They moved to Berneray in December 1956 on his ordination and induction as a minister. There they lived at the UFC Manse in Church Road. They then moved to Park on 12 June 1963.
