27942: Ann Mackenzie

According to tradition Ann, daughter of Alexander Mackenzie of Achilty, married Angus Macaulay from Uig with the tack of Breanish as her "dowry". She was not a popular woman in Uig due to both her sharp tongue and the fact that she took the place of a previous wife.
