Margaret (1856-1929) was a daughter of Thomas Macdonald and Christina Macritchie, 5 Garyvard. 

The family emigrated to Canada in 1863 and they settled at Lingwick, Quebec.

Margaret married Donald Black from Vermont.  Margaret and Donald settled in Vermont and they had at least two children.

In the 1910 United States Census Margaret is a widow.
