Donald (born 1900) was a son of (Unknown) Anderson and Mary Macleod, Glasgow, formerly of 5 Kershader.
During his childhood he and his two brothers came to lived with his Uncle, Donald Macleod, 5 Kershader. The boys attended Kershader School.
Donald served in the Seaforth Highlanders in the First World War and is mention in Loyal Lewis: Roll of Honour 1914-1918.
