Christina (1875-1942) was a daughter of Peter Macleod and Euphemia (also known as Gormelia) Smith of 32 North Shawbost.
In 1900 in Shawbost, Christina married John Macleod of 27 South Shawbost, where the couple settled. John inherited the croft; the couple had five children: Alexander (1903-1961), Angus (1905-1969), Jessie (1907-1966), Annabella (1910-1995) and Bell Ann (1913-1985).
