112671: Peter MacMillan

Peter MacMillan, born 1800, was the son of Norman MacMillan, Rodel. Peter married Ann Ferguson, with whom he was to have six children. In 1841 they were living in old Ruisgarry, where Peter was a farmer. With the re-organisation of Ruisgarry in 1845, most of the family emigrated to Cape Breton, either to St Peter’s or Cape George.
