112630: Ann MacKillop
Ann, born 1848 was the daughter of Angus MacKillop and Janet MacLeod of old Ruisgarry. The family moved to Stornoway later in 1848.
In 1864 Ann married seaman and coastguard James Carter Tiltman in Greenock. Together they were to have 17 children, moving to various locations around the coast; in 1881 they were living at East Stonehouse, Devon and in 1891 at Kirkwall and St Ola, Orkney. Ann passed away in Rubislaw, Aberdeen in 1918.
