The first tenant of this croft was Malcolm Macritchie (1787-1858) son of Peter, 21 Old Gravir. He passed 38 Gravir to his son, Norman Macritchie (1826-1897) and he passed the croft to his son, Kenneth Macritchie (1866-1950). Kenneth passed the croft to his son, Norman Macritchie (1903-1994).
