The first tenant of this croft was Malcolm Nicolson (1793) from Eishken and was passed to his son, Donald (1838).  Angus Nicolson (1840)  was a Cottar on the croft.

The croft was vacant for some time before being passed on to Annabella Matheson 27 Gravir. She passed it on to her nephew Rev Calum Matheson, and on his death was inherited by his widow Betty.
