73783: 1 Tolsta Chaolais

The first tenant of this croft was Angus Morrison (1799-1871).  His parents were John Morrison and Christina Macdonald but it is not known where they originated from.  On Angus’s death in 1871, the croft was split between his sons John, 1a Tolsta Chaolais; Norman, 1b Tolsta Chaolais and his son-in-law Norman Mackay, 1c Tolsta Chaolais.
