3741: 13A Tobson

Situated near the beach at Thule, this is part of No 13 Tobson. When Lundale was settled in the early 1990’s, some Tobson people were given lots. Tobson was then a ‘congested district’. The cleared crofts were broken up and re-allocated giving rise to the loss of some numbers. Some present crofts have pieces of ground separated throughout the village. 13a is an example of this.
