57292: Dykebar Hospital
Dykebar was one of three hospitals in the Paisley area dealing with mental health, the others being the original Leverndale and Hawkhead. The new Hawkhead hospital became the isolation hospital for tuberculosis patients.
These hospitals were built around the end of the 19th century and were in use as mental hospitals until the Greater Glasgow Health Board made major rationalisations.
