120995: HMS Vale O’Moray 132773 (ADM1383)

The Vale O’Moray was a Steam Drifter built by Alexander Hall & Co, Aberdeen in 1911 for J Flett, Inverness. In 1915 she was requisitioned by the Admiralty as an Anti-Submarine Net Vessel. HMS Vale O’Moray served in the First World War and in 1920 was sold to Robert Curphy, Peel, Isle of Man and re-registered PL43. She was sold again in 1928 and renamed Stephens FR292. Requisitioned again in 1939 she served in the Second World War for Harbour duties. In 1945 she was sold and again in 1952 and renamed Devotion PD217. Devotion was scrapped in 1955.
